The Technical Office Manager is responsable to supervise the direct functions of a fast-paced office team.

What would you need
Bachelor Degree in Business Technology administration or relevant field
Require 3-5 years of experience in information technology management, business analysis, and project management. Also in a Healthcare production environment preferred
Experience with Sales Force
Java and database knowledge (Big Query)
Demonstrated experience in G-Suite environment
Excellent English communication skills written and verbal
At least 10MB dedicated internet connectivity
What You will Do
Assign and monitor clerical and non-clinical responsibilities to office clerks.
Manage office clerk staff schedules, assign tasks, review tasks, provide feedback, conduct performance evaluations and initiate discipline as required.
Manage, coordinate and resolve all issues related to software and hardware performance and non-performance, including but not limited to Production Software, connectivity issues, etc.
Hands on experience as Super User in Sales Force, able to built reports and audit the system.
Install, configure, and test installed hardware and software on new or existing devices, in accordance with standard procedures.
Review and evaluate new hardware and software products; recommend the implementation of new products and assist in tracking and maintaining hardware and software inventory.
WFH 6:00am – 3:00pm
