Important global company is looking for Customer Service Agents. This person should be oriented to results and customer satisfaction, also have excellent communication and problem solving skills.

In this position you will provide resolution to issues, by creating empathy and a connection with the customer. You will communicate fluently in order to convey a positive message and an excellent customer service experience.


– Fluent in verbal and written English, High Proficiency level. (85% or more).
– Eleventh grade certification approved or High School Diploma.
– Schedule flexibility.
– Proactive and Assertive.

Main responsibilities:

– Receive incoming calls to answer inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, provide information or assistance to customers, offer solutions and provide options that ensure client loyalty.
– Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information.
