Test Are you a Corporate Athlete?

In our last article, we talked about The Corporate Athlete which is focused on increasing people's performance in their jobs and at the same time achieving balance in their lives without stress turning into illnesses.

Many of the ills of corporate life such as low mood, low motivation, burn out syndrome, stress, among others, can be treated with a training program to stay motivated and motivate others; train mentally and physically; hone skills and strengths; take time to regain energy; and cultivate spirituality.

To identify how much of a Corporate Athlete you can be, let's answer the following questions and analyze where you can improve to pursue wellness in all areas of life.

From 10 to 20 points: You have to work to find spaces to take care of yourself. You are in danger of burnout syndrome due to lack of personal time. You may feel stressed, tired, irritated, sad or even depressed.

21 to 30 points: You already maintain some healthy practices and are in search of balance, but you need to improve some aspects so that your productivity is higher, you do not feel exhausted in some difficult moments and you can overcome obstacles wisely.

From 31 to 40 points: Congratulations, you are a balanced person, so you are likely to feel satisfied, happy, energetic and maintain good relationships with others, both with colleagues, at home and with friends. You are likely to have high self-esteem, feel strong and even younger, as well as superior performance at work.
