Starting from scratch?

At some point in life one wonders what would have happened if one had taken another path, if among the decisions made, one had chosen option B, C, D or even Z, or if the events (even the unplanned ones) had not happened or maybe they did, but at another time in one's personal history.
Many times one wonders if indeed the decisions and the path taken have been the best for life or not. At the end of the day, it is not worth thinking about the facts and decisions of the past, but about how I feel about the present, asking myself: am I satisfied, could I make some changes in my life to feel fulfilled?
Any change in life involves stress, sacrifice, pain and detachment, but if you want to fight for a project that you always wanted to undertake but did not dare, start another career that you could not start for different situations, change job, home and even break with work, personal, family or love relationships that are toxic, it would be a good idea to consider the option of STARTING FROM ZERO.
Starting from scratch is not synonymous with failure, it is the opposite, it is synonymous with courage, starting from scratch is not necessarily having made bad decisions, simply situations or decisions that were taken, that at some point worked, but no longer.
Starting from scratch is to take risks, overcome obstacles, overcome fears and dare to change, to let intuition guide you to achieve those dreams that often have been left in a dusty trunk but are still there, waiting for you to take the key, let them out and decide to start from scratch.
There are plenty of excuses, one of the most frequent is to think "I'm too old for this". However, it is never too late to make the necessary changes in order to live in peace, harmony and happiness.
I invite you to watch the video (link below) that I personally love, it really is the essence of a wise man who tells his story where to start from scratch, the years have not been an obstacle, what really matters is the will, the desire to achieve something and make it happen.
If you are thinking of starting from scratch, as I have done on several occasions in both my personal and professional life, I can tell you that I do not regret the decisions made but what I did not dare to do out of fear. Not making decisions has caused me more suffering than once I decided on the path (right or wrong). Life goes on and the rudder of the ship should not be steered by anyone else, so dare to dust off your trunk and do what you have to do to live fully happy. Everything changes and starting from scratch should not be an exception, but part of life, just as priorities change, we are starting from scratch with different projects and situations.
